You acknowledge that AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information. You should verify important information independently.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYAI AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to SkyAI immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkyAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
For any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SkyAI, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any legal action shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, as appropriate.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to comprehensive sanctions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SkyAI regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
